In response to numerous suggestions, we would like to inform that we have improved support system and all released software is MONITORED by fully AUTOMATIC LOG ROBOT.
So if You have any software problem, please send the LOG file from DP4 asap.
After ROBOT see any software problems as: Uknown version, Security Access Error, CMD error 7F3d33, etc, the problem is automatically FIXED.
IMPORTANT: Please remember that you have to send the LOG file.
